Frontier Title Company - About

1974: Original License Incorporation of ALTA California Title, acquired by Founders Title company of Solano (now Old Republic Title Company) and several Builders, Real Estate Brokers and Lawyers.


1981: Founders Title Company of Solano acquired stock of other owners and named Leonard Gianno Sr. and Jeffrey A. Olsen Managers of entire county.



1984: Leonard Gianno Sr. and Jeffrey A. Olsen bought Founders Title Company of Solano (Company name then, remained the same - Founders Company of Solano). Also an interesting fact is that, company stock has remained with owners and management of company since 1984 to present.



1989: Leonard Gianno Sr. and Jeffrey A. Olsen change the Company name from Founders Title Company of Solano to "FRONTIER TITLE COMPANY".



Present: Frontier Title Company continues to be locally owned and operated with three locations in Solano County. Escrow branches are in Fairfield, Vallejo & Vacaville. Our Main Office is in Fairfield and also has a full Title Department within it.
